Meet The Creators – Meta Deus
Tell us a little bit about yourself, and your background before getting into NFTs.
I’m a student, currently on my last year on Environmental Management
How were you introduced to NFT’s?
I was studying in Germany during that time, had some friends into NFTs selling and buying them, since I was hanging out mostly with them, I started to learn about NFTs, they were buying mostly on Open Sea, did some research but the fees stopped me into going there, so I made some research on other blockchains and after a couple days going through different blockchains I found Proton, I liked what Proton had to offer, and the potential was very big on this one!
I remember getting my first bag of XPR back in October, did a tweet on that and the community was amazing in welcoming me here, my first Proton NFT was a Spike one, afterwards I gpt into some other NFTs! The potential as a young market in Proton was very big so we decided to have our own collection here, so we got together with a couple of friends and decided to build our project on Proton.
Why did you choose Proton Blockchain to host your collection?
We choose Proton since it’s a young market with very big potential and offers so much more than other blockchains, gassless, stablecoins, 4000 tps, universal names, kyc
Tell us about your collection and the inspiration.
The idea for the name came from reading a couple books from my favorite author “Noah Harrari”, he has two different books Homo Deus and Homo Sapiens.
That’s why our art is a futuristic one, hence the name Meta Deus from latin Gods so basically Meta Gods!
MetaDeus are a race of beings found in the Zeta Squadron of the Grand Crossing found just after the Vibrant Nebula 32X5yT.
They were known for their intellect and their rational means with which they operated throughout the Universe.
Nobodys knows when it happened, or why it happend, but at one point of their existence, they decided to transcend and merge with the makings and the works they have been creating. These are their people.
What benefits do your NFT holders have? (Passive Income, DAO, Airdrops)
There are numerous benefits that we have been trying to reward our holders, one of them is the Passive Income since the beginning of the project.
Afterwards we brought our seconds rewards “Meta Badges” which have been airdropped to all our holders based on how many Meta Deus NFTs they hold!
There are 3 ranks, Meta Blue Badge, Meta Red Badge, and Meta Gold Badge, each having their own perks and benefits.
What’s next for your project?
Next for our project is to continue building our project on Proton, bringing unique art in the blockchain, and the second part where the Meta Deus Girls will join in the Proton.
The idea behind Meta Deus will be a game platform on which people can socialize and have fun playing games with their friends while at the same time being economically rewarded for it for those connected with a Wallet. The game will offer fun and challenging single or multiplayer games that players can progress through alone or with friends. The platform will use the play-to-earn model to reward its users and will be running on the Proton blockchain to support NFTs creation.
